Welcome to SnapSpace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapSpace mobile application ("App") operated by SnapSpace ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

SnapSpace is an AI-powered mobile application that allows users to transform room photos by adding, replacing, or visualizing furniture using artificial intelligence technology.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Update your information to keep it current
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

3. Free Tier and Subscriptions

SnapSpace offers a limited number of free AI generations (currently 2). After exhausting your free generations, you may purchase a subscription to continue using the service.

Subscription terms, pricing, and billing are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Please review the respective store's terms for information on cancellation, refunds, and billing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Generate content that violates any laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by SnapSpace and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to the App. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos through our AI systems for the purpose of providing our services to you.

AI-Generated Content

Images generated by our AI service are provided for your personal use. You may use these generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of the AI-generated output.

6. AI Service Limitations

Our AI technology is provided "as is" and results may vary. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or quality of AI-generated images
• That the AI will produce results matching your expectations
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

AI-generated images are for visualization purposes only and should not be relied upon for purchasing decisions or professional interior design work without additional verification.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPSPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnapSpace, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SnapSpace regarding the use of the App.
